Shipping Policy

All orders are custom-made and fulfilled through our print partners. 

Processing & Production Times
• Order Processing: 1–3 business days
• Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days
• International Shipping: 10–30 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days at havencasestu@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
